You can hardly find other hosts within 3km from my place as its very centrally located. Then you can save some more bucks for the cost of getting around the city.

I had a very nice stay at Minh`s apartment. It is perfectly located, very central. I liked the view from the 28th floor and used the outside pool on the 9th floor everyday, very nice ! Minh is a very good and friendly guy/host and provided me with useful information. Renting his apartment as a group or his living room as homestay is a good choice and best value for money.

Francesco&OksanaMInh is a very nice person and I'm glad to have spent a couple of days in his apartment. I'm sure we will keep in contact even if I should not come back in Bangkok.I think apartment position is perfect. Enough near to sky metro, very near to airport metro even if you have heavy bags with you (as me), not too much near to protest areas in Bangkok, which means no rumors when you want to sleep after afternoon neither in this period.I didn't have enough free time to use the swimming pool, I just used internet connection and air conditioning which were working very well.February 2014
GiorgioVery nice and central place to stay. Big swimming pool at 9 floor. The apartment is not so big but enough for two people. The bed could be better because it's small for two. All was OK. I didn't met Minh who was travelling. He gave me all informations I needed. You can easily to get there from the airport link. Makassan station. You can use moto taxi to reach Makassan or asoke bts. Cost 20 baths. Very easy and useful. A very nice and cheap restaurant thai in the front and also a french bakery with good coffee and croissants if you like. Behind this french place you can find fresh juice.L'appartement n'est pas très grand mais bien pour deux personnes. Le lit est petit. C'est un canapé lit. Belle piscine au 9. Moto taxi à 20 baths pour rejoindre le bts asoke où encore Makassan quand on arrive où repars de l aéroport international.En principe Minh occupe la chambre et on dors dans le living mais il étais absent lors de mon séjour. Ce n'est donc pas l'endroit où on peux avoir un maximum de privacy si il est présent. C'est la seule remarque négative. Très bon wifi.

DeleteMy apartment has one sofa bed for 2 persons, one bed room and a double bed for 2. So the redundant people would be sleeping on the floor if you still want to book. For the persons from 5 to 7 each would be charged a $5/person
from the whole apartment price. Hope its clear!
